Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to Fair Scheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors, ensuring that lesson times are used effectively and that our teachers are compensated for their dedicated time.

General Cancellation Terms

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered late cancellations and the full lesson fee will be charged.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

A "no-show" occurs when a student misses a lesson without any prior notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full lesson rate. We recognize that emergencies happen; in case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may, at our discretion, waive the fee.

Instructor Cancellations

If your instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to illness or an unforeseen conflict, we will notify you immediately and offer a makeup session at a mutually convenient time. If a makeup cannot be scheduled, you will receive a full refund or credit for the cancelled lesson.

Monthly Plan Cancellations

Students on our monthly subscription plan may cancel their ongoing enrollment with 30 days' written notice. Within the remaining 30-day period, all scheduled lessons will proceed as planned. After the plan ends, any unused individual lesson credits expire and are not refunded, unless cancellation is due to a documented medical reason.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is free and unlimited, based on instructor availability. For monthly plan students, up to one rescheduled lesson per calendar month is permitted without penalty; additional reschedules within the same month may incur a $15 administrative fee.

Makeup Lessons

Makeup lessons are not guaranteed for late cancellations, but your instructor may offer a makeup slot at their discretion. If a makeup lesson is scheduled and you cancel it again with less than 24 hours' notice, the lesson will be forfeited.

Refunds for Cancelled Lessons

For single lessons cancelled by the student with proper notice, you may choose between a full refund or a credit toward a future booking. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For full refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
